HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We are a Limited Service real estate brokerage. We only offer For Sale By Owner Listing packages, which start at just $95 to get your home listed online. If you’re looking for a traditional, full service brokerage to sell your home, our sister company, Three Mountains Realty, can help you out!

WHERE IS MY PROPERTY LISTED?

our property is listed through My State MLS, which syncs to all of the top sites, like Zillow and Realtor.com. When we started the company, we debated using the local MLS, but decided against it, because this option gives you better odds of securing the buyer, and it also does not add to days on market, which is important if you decide you want to do a full service listing in the future.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

If everything is done remotely, it’s only $95! If we need to come out to do an in-person consultation or bring over any of the add-ons, we charge a $100 driving fee.
