HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We are a Limited Service real estate brokerage. We only offer For Sale By Owner Listing packages, which start at just $95 to get your home listed online. If you’re looking for a traditional, full service brokerage to sell your home, our sister company, Three Mountains Realty, can help you out!

WHERE IS MY PROPERTY LISTED?

Your property is listed through StellarMLS, the same Multiple Listing Service that your home was previously listed through (if you came in as an expired or cancelled listing)! There is no difference between paying a listing agent, or paying us to get your home online!

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

If everything is done remotely, it’s only $95! If we need to come out to do an in-person consultation or bring over any of the add-ons, we charge a $100 driving fee.
